Answers for Your Flooring Project
Explore the basics of our solid wood flooring, then contact us for current supply, samples, and custom requirements.
Which flooring species do you offer?
White Oak, Rift & Quartered White Oak, Red Oak, Hickory, American Walnut when available, New Heart Pine, and Southern Yellow Pine. Each has its own widths, grades, and appearance.
Is your flooring solid or engineered?
Our flooring is ¾″ solid wood and supplied unfinished. Explore each species page for available widths, grades, cuts, and lengths.
What does NOFMA certification cover?
The NWFA/NOFMA Mill Quality Assurance Program verifies manufacturing standards for certified hardwood flooring, including grade, moisture content, and milling. New Heart Pine is outside the program; pine products follow their own grades.
Is end-matching available?
End-matching is standard on most species, grades, and widths. Confirm the required profile and any exceptions with our team before ordering.
Can I order samples or request custom specifications?
Yes. Contact us with the species, grade, width, approximate quantity, project location, and schedule. We can discuss samples, current supply, and custom requirements.
How should I choose a species and grade?
Compare sample boards for color, grain, knots, and variation. Consider your intended use, design, budget, and installation conditions. Our team can help you compare product options.
Do you provide installation or factory finishing?
T&F manufactures solid, unfinished flooring. Work with your flooring contractor or finishing professional on site preparation, installation, final color, finish, and maintenance.
